INDIVIDUAL Price: US$ 150 per week
This program covers:
- Five hours intensive daily one-on-one instruction with curriculum, Monday to Friday.
- Daily activities concerning Guatemalan culture & economy.
- Daily language games and role-plays to build on vocabulary and practice your Spanish.
- Room and board with a local family (3 meals/day and a private room). Weekend excursions.
Ulew Tinimit works in conjunction with "UNIVERSIDAD RURAL DE GUATEMALA" and the "MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES DE GUATEMALA". You will get 2 College Credits for a 3-week course. The cost of US$ 80 includes the exams and all the necessary formalities.
Ulew Tinimit is recognized by the "MINISTERIO DE EDUCACION DE GUATEMALA", and the "INSTITUTO GUATEMALTECO DE TOURISMO (INGUAT)", and is a member of "LA ASOCIACION DE ESCUELAS DE ESPAŅOL DE QUETZALTENANGO (ACEEQ)"
C.1. MAYAN LANGUAGES
We also offer classes in the Mayan languages: K´iche and Mam. Several Ulew Tinimit trainers use these as their first language and so are able to teach the structure and grammar of the language
